Victor C. Martin

Experience

Since joining WJE in 2019, Victor Martin has worked on various projects, including roofing and waterproofing evaluations and rehabilitation, water intrusion investigations, and facade inspections. As a skilled engineer with well-rounded experience of building enclosures, he has worked on a wide range of new construction and repair projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

Mr. Martin is also experienced in preparing construction documents, designing the repair and rehabilitation of building enclosure systems, and performing construction administration throughout a project. He has assisted with developing construction documents and repair recommendations for various buildings, including commercial buildings, high-rise condominiums, and historic buildings.

Prior to joining WJE, Mr. Martin spent several years at architectural/engineering firms in Atlanta, Georgia, and Orlando, Florida. During that time, he gained experience in the investigation, analysis, and repair of existing structures, developing construction documents, performing condition assessments, and building code analysis and administration.
