Experience

Josh Jaskowiak is an architectural and preservation engineer with experience in masonry and timber structures, historic preservation, facade and building enclosure investigations, and repair. His interdisciplinary projects include assessment and repair of historic masonry facades, roofing assemblies, and structural systems; investigation of air and water leakage in building enclosures; assessment of heavy timber, structural metal, and masonry structures; and repair to metal plate-connected wood trusses.

While attending the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Jaskowiak wrote his integrated undergraduate and graduate thesis on the design of gravity and lateral force-resisting systems of tall wood structures.
