Experience

Jordan Reinhardt has experience in various practice areas and materials, including concrete, masonry, and steel. Ms. Reinhardt has been engaged in numerous projects to broaden her experience and skills, involving structural and building enclosure systems of new, existing, and historically significant buildings. Her experience includes condition assessment, nondestructive testing, structural and architectural repair design, and construction period services for repair projects.

  • Post-Tensioned Long-Span Steel Trusses - New York, NY: Repair investigation to address corrosion of unique bridge strand post-tensioning system
  • 923 Sansom Parking Garage - Philadelphia, PA: Repair design of four-level parking structure with steel framing supporting one-way concrete slabs and cast-in-place pan joist systems; design included steel framing replacement and reinforcement, and concrete repairs
